Program Specialist

Amy interned with ILSNC for 1.5 years and was then hired as a Program Specialist in May 2004 after graduating from CSU Chico with a BA in Social Work. Through her internship training she is able to assist ILSNC consumers with the majority of their services. She specializes in helping people find caregivers, transitioning out of nursing homes and she is a state certified Medicare counselor through HICAP. She admires what the ILSNC staff strives for and the philosophy of the office. She has spent over 16 years working along side people with disabilities to help ensure their independence. She has lived in the North State most of her life and treasures this beautiful area.
